When you send in your answers to the Zing! Questionnaire, we'll prepare a short synopsis of what your trip might involve based on those answers and e-mail it to you within 36 hours, free of charge.
If you want to purchase JourneyZing's tailored services based on this synopsis, we will send a confirming email, fax or letter, outlining the scope of the project and the estimated cost of the research and report services. Generally speaking, we will bill the research time at $15.00 per hour, unless some specialized work must be done or other expenses incurred. If you have additional clarifying details, those can be provided at any time before the research begins - we hope to have a friendly, personal dialog so your Zing!Plan is made personally for you.
To begin our in-depth research, an initial non-refundable payment of $100.00 will be required, against which we will bill all of the initial research costs. After that, the balance due will be billed to you by a separate invoice. We accept cash, check, cashier's check, PayPal™ and credit card [MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express].
Upon receipt of the initial $100 deposit, a short report with some details of options or ideas will be provided. This short report might be enough for you, if you're a believer in serendipity. If not, then you might want something more full-bodied.
If you wish to continue to purchase services beyond that payment, a more detailed report for your journey will be provided upon payment of the total estimated research cost as set out in our confirmation letter/email. When payment in full is made, the final report will be provided to you by email in PDF or other format [such as text or Word]. We can also mail it to you. Other specified services [such as finding rental equipment or purchasing travel books or items] may be provided as agreed upon.
Extras
We will provide you with the entire Zing!Plan in a formal report, but can also email it to you or upload it online as you choose. If you want a text file for use with a Palm OS PDA or handheld, for $5.00 we will convert the report and provide it to you as well.
